How It Works

We understand that organisations need complete confidence when donating IT equipment. That's why every corporate donation is handled through secure, fully documented processes designed to protect your organisation and meet compliance requirements.
Our services include:
- Secure in-house hard drive removal and physical shredding as standard.
- Certified data destruction and transfer of liability documentation.
- End-of-life disposal certification where equipment cannot be reused.
- Full audit trail and supporting documentation for compliance purposes.
- WEEE-compliant recycling for all non-reusable equipment.
All refurbished computers are prepared using licensed software through the Microsoft Authorised Refurbisher programme, ensuring every device is legally and professionally rebuilt before being donated.
Collection Services
We provide free collection services nationally throughout the UK for companies, government departments and other organisations donating viable quantities of equipment. Where collections aren't practical, equipment can be delivered directly to our refurbishment workshop in Eastbourne, East Sussex.
For organisations requiring additional security, we can also provide on-site services, including hard drive shredding and disposal with full certification. Ground floor access, off-street parking and assistance with loading may be required.
What We Accept
We are always looking for working equipment that can be refurbished and reused, including:
- Windows and Apple laptops (with unlocked BIOS where applicable)
- Desktop PCs, towers and workstations
- Laptop power supplies, particularly HP, Dell and Lenovo
- PC memory and upgrade components
- HDMI monitors (24" or larger with stands)
- Unlocked smartphones
Working equipment has the greatest impact, allowing us to place technology directly into the hands of charities, schools and community organisations.
Equipment That Cannot Be Reused
Not every device is suitable for refurbishment. Older, damaged or obsolete equipment should be recycled through the correct channels to ensure hazardous materials are handled safely.
For household electrical waste, we recommend using your local authority recycling service or an approved community recycling scheme.
Businesses, charities, schools, hospitals and public sector organisations should follow WEEE regulations and consult their local authority where appropriate for recycling advice.
Items such as CRT monitors, older CRT-based iMacs, UPS units and batteries are classified as hazardous waste and require specialist disposal.
